This notice explains what we collect and why. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. It is general information, not legal advice — please have it reviewed for your specific situation.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Purchase email: the email you provide at checkout, used to deliver your download link and receipt.
• Order details: the project purchased, amount, and payment reference from Razorpay.
• Contact messages: the name, email and message you submit via the contact form.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-friendly bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).

3. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. Why we use it (purpose & consent)

We use your data only for the specific purpose you gave it for: processing an order and delivering your files (to fulfil your purchase), replying to a contact message (to answer you), and — only if you separately opt in — sending occasional project updates. We ask for your consent at the point of collection and do not bundle unrelated purposes.

5. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at technicaltriveniyt@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may still keep the minimum records the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records for completed orders).

6. Third parties

We rely on Razorpay (payments), Brevo (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and security), and affiliate stores you choose to visit. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process.

7. Data retention

Order records are retained as required for accounting and support. Contact messages and other personal data are deleted on request where we are not legally required to keep them.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may nominate someone to exercise your rights. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

This service is directed at a general audience and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Where children's data is involved, applicable law requires verifiable parental consent.

10. Grievances

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our grievance point at technicaltriveniyt@gmail.com. We take privacy complaints seriously and will work to resolve them promptly.

11. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage (security, session integrity such as CSRF protection, and remembering that you've dismissed the cookie notice). See our Cookie Policy. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
